Mystical Genie Child Costume
This costume seems to be a cross between the jasmine costume and a belly dancer costume. Maybe that’s what a mystical genie looks like when she is summoned out of the lamp by a good rub. This is a great Arabian or Persian looking costume that will fit well with the Aladdin costume or any outfit in the Arabian theme for that matter. And what an elegant looking Genie she is, perfect for Halloween or any dress up party.

The Mystical Genie Child Costume is very well put together and includes a gold patterned halter top with brocade trim. There are blue sheer or see through sleeves down to the wrists. The material is very fine and light against the skin. There is also a sheer blue veil that can be worn over the face and hangs down under the chin. The veil is attached to a faux gold tiara that is embellished with blue and pink stones (not real unfortunately).
Both the veil and the sheer sleeves have gold printed genie lamps on them to remind you that she is a genie and can grant you 3 wishes and may have spent an eternity stuck in a lamp. No wonder she looks keen to dance and use up a bit of energy.
The costume is completed with the turquoise velveteen baggy pants that have a gold trim and belt . There are tassles on the belt to give it that extra exotic, Arabian look.
This is a costume that can be worn for any occasion. Little girls might even like to take it to a sleep over with their pals and play Aladdin or act out scenes from the Disney movie. Maybe they can even sing some of the popular songs from the movie. This costume will also work as a Halloween costume but you might want to only wear it indoors or wear a coat when you go trick or treating – it might be a bit cold otherwise.
Pair this costume with other Arabian costumes, notably Aladdin or the male genie outfit. It is a distinctive looking outfit that is sure to stand out at the party and is a costume not many people would think of wearing.
